Every election in Washington State is preceeded by an informational booklet that lists out the candidates and ballot measures being voted on. Candidates list their qualifications, experience, volunteering experience, and a brief statement. Ballot measures include what the measure is for, an argument from the "pro" side, an argument from the "against" side, and rebuttals to each argument.
Does California have a similar summary book? Iif so, I'd love to see what it says for Prop 50!
