Mine is that the useState hook is an actual plague on the entire React ecosystem. Regardless of your opinions of React, if you wanna use something then use it right.

I have no idea how anyone who ever used it for anything actually useful can be defending it
Back in the day, it let me generate GIFs programmatically from the back end, and that was fucking magic compared to doing it in C. That was in 98. I didn't really follow afterwards as I'm more of a backend guy.
