How can I turn a PDF (like over 100 "pages") into a video that shows each page as a still for an arbitrary amount of time each? (lemmy.world)

Get an app to do a screen recording. Set it to record, set your PDF reader to full-screen, and page though the document.

There are other ways to do this, but most require saving the individual pages as separate files. This method should be much faster.
