I would care if he is doing something with sound, like watching tiktok brain rot
and the same applies if they're just talking to themselves, hell people who talk to each other loudly make my eye twitch slightly

Fair enough, I don't recall this ever happening to me so I didn't consider it. Yeah, being loud and obnoxious is also annoying as hell.
