Yuu Kamiya only used poses, but designs and everything else are totally original from him.

Japan has no fair use. Plagiarism is a social outcasting taboo. I don't agree, but you’ll have to take it to the Diet, not I.

I'm not saying that it doesn't exists or that isn't not a problem in Japan either.

I agree with you, but we should still have our right to fight against it, at least.

Anyways, actually there's at least a recognized form of fair use: doujinshis, but these are a totally distinct matter, I have to say.
