Our Philosophies:

All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.

Our Goals

Higher wages for underpaid workers.
Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
Better and fewer working hours.
Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Because of the lack of income majority of the population, companies have chosen to pivot to a more luxury focused economy. They are the only group to have actual wage growth.

We really need to revamp labor lwas in the US. Minimum wage has not increased in 20 years and there are two many motivations for companies to hire employees at a part time level so they need multiple jobs just to make ends meet. A few policies could correct that.

Medicare for all means no requirements for employers to provide health insurance for employees regardless of hours worked.
Mandatory vacation time based on hours worked. 4 weeks or equivalent for workers means companies will need to hire for the amount of time an employee is needed instead of multiple employees being part time.
Full time employee minimum ratios. Make companies have a certain percentage of their employees be full time. If they need to go below that limit they need to justify it to labor boards. They will need to renew that exception each year.
