100%, never stab a large vehicle tire. I was waiting in the ER once and some guy got pulled in by an ambulance and squad car, apparently when he tried slashing a semi tire, the thing blew out it sidewall and broke the guys arm, and he ended up with the shiv/screwdriver lodged in his leg.

I wonder how hard it would be to fill paintballs with acetone and other solvents...

Guessing the solvent would probably melt the casing of the paint ball. Acetone is a polar aprotic solvent, so it can bond with water and dissolve fats. I'm guessing the shells of a paint ball would probably be made out of a glycol or gelatin substance.

You'd prob be better off filling and throwing/slingshots a lightbulb or some other thin glass container.

Freeze the paintballs and inject the solution in the center? Then allow to thaw just as you get in firing range?
