Guy is called Alex Craiu, and he is a Romanian war correspondent established in Zaporizhzhia since the start of the full invasion in 2022. He collaborates with the publication Veridica.

The guy he is responding to is Florin Mihai Gulbenkian a member of the AUR far-right party, whose leader is barred from entry from both Moldova and Ukraine due to national security reasons.
