Seems like this has a simple solution. Any student caught with these devices on school property is immediately expelled.

Recording with a phone's camera is SO much more blatantly obvious, than it is using the meta glasses. these glasses have just made it wildly accessible for folks to record without consent, knowledge, etc. of the subject.

  1. People are not walking around with their phone cameras open 24/7 sending data straight to Meta's servers at all times. This is not something phone cameras do.
  2. Most schools already limit or ban phones in class and the punitive action varies.
  3. Being recorded by a phone is far more obvious. Perv glasses are can record you without you even knowing.
