It's been a year since the roadworks started near my house.

24 hours a day.

The things I would do for some quiet. The whole point of living in buttfuck nowhere was the peace and quiet.

I'm asking for a rent reduction and if they won't do it, I'm going to vcat.

I don't understand why they do night works for anything other than main roads or trains.

And since they are doing day works anyway why disturb people at night.

Lol yeah I didn't realise it was 24/7 until the first night 😂 slept like a baby though because it reminded me of the noise on Sydney road haha
