Some Rules

Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
Don't promote proprietary software
Try to keep things on topic
If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

Great job Einstein we all know USA -- and every other government -- has a motive.

If you know anything about Signal protocol and have a plausible theory on specifically how it would be compromised, I'm all ears. If on top of that you have any evidence, I'm here to help.

Until then, keep your uninformed mouth-breathing opinion to your damn self.

Signal still relays your messages over a centralized server. That is pretty valuable metadata right there.

Not everyone can use Briar because of that. Not even Matrix does it in most instances. If practically no one goes p2p approach, how is it an argument? You don't even provide a solution so why bring attention to a 'problem' in the first place?
