The flower itself? Or the leaves
The leaves can be used to make tea. The juice and the seeds also have a relaxation effect. I never heard about using the flowers, but even if they can be used, it's probably not worth to prevent one fruit from growing ^-^
Leaves and flowers and it will only my medicinal if it's a native version of Passiflora incarnata. But to harvest:
