I sometime feel a bit like this. A huge flow of emotions that make me question who I am, what's the point of... I don't know... everything ? But it's more because of the lyriks. When they really touch me, when they are well written or when they hide a powerfull story. Talking about homosexuality, the song "Enolay Gay" is one of them ๐.
In your case, does it happen randomly, or did you notice some patterns or elements that may trigger this feeling ? The rythm, the melody, the environment ?
I think it tends to happen later in the night. I could be listening to the same song on the radio or at the gym and not feel those same things, just feeling pumped instead
