Yes, but the Soviet Union literally took Marx's notes and explained them much better and made them much more accurate than Kautsky did.
They have their own edition but the only one people know about is Kautsky's version.
Looking in the epub from marxists.org, looks like it is the Soviet Union version, even talks about Kautsky omitting and distorting in the preface
