Ah yes these are the reasons people would want drones that are hard to see, and there are absolutely no others.

His work killed a bunch of people in his factories over the course of years, then even more with military applications.
Yes and he came to regret and hate what his works were used for, hence the reference here. Scientists may be making something for what the believe are benign reasons and with good intentions but the inventions will definitely be used for more oppressive things.
