Not to argue semantics but ICE are definitely pigs, they're all recruited out of LEO and Border Patrol. They not standard-issue cops but they're all cut from the same piece of shit-cloth.

Agree that they're worse though, it takes a special kind of shit to see everything going on and think, "i want to be part of that!'
