After the armed robbery in Windhoek, I was looking for a new phone and when I got one I ask AI about the best apps.

When I came to the Lemmy Client AI said that Jerboa is the best to use. So I installed it and this is my first Post with it.

Now I wonder what humans rate the best Lemmy Client. Please comment what in your opinion is the best Lemmy Client and why you think so.

Thanks to all and have a great night.

I really like Summit, it is nice. But I can't make my mind about the clients, each one has good things in it and some stuff I don't like. Thunder is nice, but on thunder I don't like the slow start and on startup it gives me a black screen.

At the time I use Jerboa and Voyager.

I did test many of them, I think Lemmy has the most Client's and is best supported on Android from all the other's like Mastodon, Friendica, Loops, Pixelfed, PeerTube ....

I really liked Summit's speed and layout options. The developer has a good exchange with the users and the end product mirrors that.

I would check the changelog posted by most clients developers here on lemmy. It's what actually made my decision to keep submit, forget the hunt for the perfect client for a while and focus on that what makes lemmy so great, it's posts and comments.

I like summit, i told the developer to also offer an installation outside if the play store and a few weeks later it happened.
