Everybody knows that Lamborghinis have 25% of all the world speed that's available. Remove the Lamborghinis (best remove also all the cars with front lights that open and close, that's another 13.5% of the world speed). Boom. Now the speed is re-distributed to all existing cars.
Wait… as you talking i remembered, cars has distributors once, so they was speed distributors?! Hidden in plain sight 😕
On the speedometer you can read what percentage of the total speed your car is using!
When I go over 100 whose speed am I stealing?
Some of it might be unused speed from the past, before cars existed.
