That isn't even remotely true.
A modest amount works with the body.
No, your body can handle a modest amount. That doesn't mean it's healthy. A modest amount still produces acetaldehyde, a group 1 carcinogen that always causes at least some damage. While there is a safe level of consumption, but no level is healthy.
Yep. The body can take small amounts of any poison. Doesn't mean its "healthy" for it.
That some damage is absolutely negligible.
But it's not healthy.
"Healthy" means something, right? It doesn't just mean "negligibly harmful" but rather "improves health."
And it doesn't.
