It's a decentralized autonomous organization, the police state. He's doing that, but he's not even that competent. He can be the middle man explaining what the modern day Nikola Tesla is working on to, let's say, Donald Trump, or whomever is really pulling the strings, cuz it's certainly neither of them.
Its a monadic nodal communication system, too, this topological matrix we ARE.
