So my wife was the only girl of a mishogynist dad. We got a minivan and she was raised like a boy and they gave her shit like she was dick whipped (since they like the term pussy whipped). My wife did want a truck but I convinced her to get a minivan (it was oddly hard. I proposed we do a test drive in both and she faught it do to it being a sneaky trick or something. her dad did a number on her. and it was sneaky as the moment she climbed in easily and sat so comfortably she was sold). Anyway later my father in law needed to move a fridge. Whelp it was a bit to short to do in the truck without the gate down and he did not want to do it. So the brother in law came with his suv and yup. still do short. So we came in our grand caravan and loaded it up and closed the rear hatch completely. All while getting mileage like a regular size car (well not likely while weighted down like that). They are really amazing vehicles. You can move people or cargo and still get decent gas mileage because they tend to have nice aredynamic profiles. Helped someone move apartments and they asked like 3 times if it was pretty much empty before I said yes. Best car for a dog to come say hi to.
