While I know it's probably just the/a double din head unit ... I can't tell if this car is from the 90s or mid 2010s...

That’s a Kenworth logo on the floor mat. They make semi trucks which fits with the stick shift.
There are no ads on the iPad, so it’s probably a double din radio as you said.
The good old days!
