Also context: spoilers for a certain character in Puella Magi Madoka Magica (Madoka for short), a highly recommended magical girl anime and must watch classic.
Can you tell the spoiler? I wont watch that anime, but it would be interesting to know the full background of the meme.

Magical girl who's power is to go back in time. Keeps going back in time to try and save one of her friends but each time reversal results in them being less close as friends. In the main timeline of the show they've basically become strangers.
Being meguca is suffering.
Time travel sucks. No accurate time travel story ends happily, even if the resolution overall is good. Looper is a great example of a good one. I think Primer too, but I still have trouble with it, even with all the aids and charts. Oh, and 12 Monkeys, an easier one to follow.
Tbf the time travel is not the main story. Arguable whether the resolution is any good.
Also stopping time. And hammerspace. Like, for storing whole aircraft carriers, if she felt like it. Also teleportation. Also creating projectiles out of thin air (but I think that goes for most magical girls in the series). Possibly also flight, or just jumping very high, but again that probably goes for all of them.

Her ability as a magical girl is to travel back in time. So yeah, the meme itself is a spoiler.huh, i've watched the first season but i still dont understand this... or maybe i forgot
There's only the one season, but the first two movies are remakes. The third movie is a sequel to either and there's a forth in production.
