If they are sending up palladium filled with hydrogen separate from oxygen, wouldn't that just be adding the weight of palladium to the rockets? I don't understand why that's a good idea.
The paladium is just the catalyzer of the reaction, it is not consumed so only a little is needed
And this is lighter than cryogenics?
