Given the nurgle cultist he has in the cabinet, i would not be surprised if the plan is another pandemic to reduce oil costs.
To... reduce oil costs? Why would he do that? They're right there, in the White House. That's where his priorities lie. If anything, he wants gas prices to be higher...
Only because Americans seem to only judge a president by the oil costs. If it gets too high they may get angry.
