A lawsuit like this allows for discovery, right? So any and all fbi documents within scope? That will be interesting reading. I can't see how that will go well for Kash. Does he really expect a payout?

He probably expects the Atlantic to go "oh no! A lawsuit, please Mr Tough guy FBI, don't sue, we will retract it all!!!"
