Es lo mismo. Hasta entre manjares no son todos iguales, eso sí el argentino (el "dulce de leche") muchas veces tiene vainilla cosa que el manjar suele no tener. Pero hay dulce de leche sin vainilla y manjar con vainilla.

Ah, y se supone que el manjar pasó de Chile a Argentina, pero como Argentina tiene más soft power cultural en el mundo es más popular el nombre de dulce de leche.
