Had a nice, quiet, rainy Sunday lined up until a group of 22 karate kids came in, lol
after we closed it was the surprise party for our friend, made a boat load of sliders: burger with cured goat cheese, chicken fritters with spicy mayo, pulled pork with slaw, and vegan black bean & avocado (with the flags so carnivores could avoid them) and also some truffle rosemary fries, tortilla chips with spicy black bean salsa, guacamole, black salt popcorn.
Friend was truly surprised!
I want that inside me! 🤤
