Btw, I tried to look up both attributions, but got nowhere. Who is this comic ACTUALLY by? ( and are there more? :D )

Yeah. It's hard to tell melmelmel is also an artist but appears to be fine art. https://www.melmelmel.org/

Truth be told, if the 1992 date is real it predates the web, so who knows. Mel might be a cabin living hermit by now.

Eta: the spice girls weren't formed until 1994 so the date isn't real.

Now, if I have a point here, it's that maybe I'm amazed by the genius of that particular cartoonist / cartoon.

And maybe that's all it will ever be?
