Those services don't cost anywhere near that. You're getting fleeced.
Not everyone lives in America. The echo is the cheapest I found as I rang around to MANY places and 600$ was the cheapest by far. One place was 800$ for the echo.
Am in America and my pup had an echo last month. It was $600USD. Your prices don't sound out of line to me.
