Yeah except the NATO / western industrial base has been exported piece by piece for the last 40 years to China.

Whoever has the factories and working infrastructure gets to dictate the rules since they cabin produce more bullets tanks etc.

The US used to be able to dictate the rules because they had a strong industrialized center. Without manufacturing, the US main power has been financial bullying via embargo’s and sanctions.

This worked so long as you had everyone else buying your weapons systems instead of producing their own. That system is breaking down and is further challenged by Russia/China competing and arming their own allies.
