There was a third baby that declined to be photographed. I'm going to assume he is Leonardo because he evaded notice & capture the longest.
No idea where Michaelangelo is.
I don't have any rats on the local feral roster but I do feed a opossum. Will he do? I'm quite sure it's a he because he's been coming around now a few months and he doesn't bring any babies with him. Your other choices are a fat raccoon, Charlie the Cat, and his feline pal/nemesis Hairy.
