They probably still meet on an island. Epstein's client list still exists. There were more than just Epstein involved in his organization. The trust is managed by someone and people are still in the island

Yeah, we like to glorify individuals, but just about every big endeavor, both good and bad, comes from people working together. An organization like Epstein's Island was big enough that it definitely had more people running it than just the 2 big players we know about. Someone from upper management seized the reins and has things running smoothly again by now, I'm sure. We shouldn't be acting like things have been halted - there's still a lot of work to be done to save the victims of the wealthy.
