It's Passover and turns out it's hard to get ice cream that's kosher for passover because most brands use corn syrup and that's not good for passover. I'm not going into why it's...silly to me.

But I have an ice cream machine, and I love my mother, so I made her (and by extension her husband and step son) some vanilla ice cream, sans any corn syrup (or corn starch, a litter of home recipes use that) and then I delivered it to her.

I was going to bake an Easter (oh I see auto correct, you'll caps Easter auto but not Passover) bunny cake, but my bunny cake pan must be in deep storage. Husband is ostensibly catholic so bunny cake.

The cat is also being an absolute menace. She needs attention. But not any old attention. She needs attention of the person who was napping. Me. Can't go yell at the awake guy, noooo. Wake up human lady! Attention time!!!!!!
