I never understood the logic of his underlings. Regardless or rather or not he fires them. Sooner or later he's either going to not be in charge or die and not be there to protect them (not that he actually does that either tbh unless it benefits him). Do they not think consequences may come later? They'll be the first idiots under the bus tires when the elites need them some scapegoats to quell the masses.
