The government collected a lot of money but has to give half of it back
A boom in domestic manufacturing hasn't happened
Inflation remains elevated
The trade deficit hasn't changed much
Import taxes are high, but not as high as a year ago

They have worked. He cut taxes for the rich and took from the poor. He forced people to buy Russian Steel, Aluminium, and Fossil Fuels after they were singled out by different tariffs by congress previously. They worked.

I was gonna say it worked because he collected bribes to create exceptions but what you wrote is also true
