I made tuna casserole/bake/mornay. I didn't put potato on top because I used penne. That's all I had. I forgot to put peas and corn in there. It was delicious anyway.

It seems to be a night for improv pasta! I had leftover spicy taco mince and some bits and pieces of veg, so I fried it all up (I even put the leftover guac in there) and mixed through some odd bits of pasta I'd gotten from work. Eldest had a second helping and asked for bread to wipe the plate, it was pretty tasty.
