unless those "criticizing" allies stop being allies, then they are 100% in favor and endorse Israel expansion and development of death camps

Being allied does not imply endorsing everything the other party does.

You could argue that they don't care enough to quit the alliance, but if they endorsed it, why would they criticize it at all?

It isn't a disagreement on a specific policy, it's a fucking genocide. and supporting a genocide should come with a death sentence for all leaders involved
