I have zero sympathy for those who sign up to murder other people around the world. Pretty much every war the US has been in has been a war of aggression. American troops willingly sign up to destroy other countries and murder civilians there to uphold empire. They are the scum of the earth.
Whatever argument you need to make to yourself to justify being happy about dead 17 year olds from poor families, I guess.
