There was some shit stirred a month ago by a company shorting ubiquity stock. From what i can tell the story boils down to ubiquity's authorized dealers are breaking sanctions and selling equipment to russia. And by design their equipment can work offline to create networks which is what Russia is doing.

Would be interested to see ubiquity address how they are dealing with their authorized dealers who are breaking sanctions though.
