like, i know hating on cis/hetero people for being cis/hetero is a thing, but is it a big problem like transphobia is? like some people have varying degrees on cis/heterophobia hatred like "hating on cis/straight people is bad" to "hating on cis/straight people is just as bad as transphobia/homophobia and as a queer person, i think that cis/straight people are a 'dying breed'".

What makes it worse is power imbalance, op. It’ll be “as bad” once half the world is queer, and worse after that

half of the world population are women and it doesn't resolve the problems of misogyny or make misandry as socially significant or dangerous as misogyny ... this exposes a naive way of thinking about power - a minority can hold more power than a majority, and you probably know this

A slightly more charitable interpretation of "half the world" could resolve your complaint. It's still a gross oversimplification but I was kinda trying to meet op where they seem to be at instead of, you know, calling them a troll and pasting a wall of (admittedly good) academia

haha, fair enough - I can be a bit oblivious sometimes of how I come across, sorry about that 🙃
