Without knowing what distro you're on, it probably involves switching distros.
Have you read more than the headline? It's just an entry in a local system file. There is no enforcing and actually ties in nicely with something like parental controls. Which is, as luck would have it, responsible parents want.
Ah but then people couldn't get mad at it and rage on Lemmy.

Install Guix System. It uses GNU Shepherd as its init system. 😃
Where would one go about learning how to do that? I'm running Bazzite.
