me3 is your friend and has a native Linux version. Didn't run the randomizer yet but seamless coop and reforged work just fine.
I would recommend creating a portable install inside of the game folder. They have a Linux guide here: https://me3.help/en/latest/#quick-start-guide

Thanks, this looks good. I like that it creates separate save files as well so no risk of contaminating the vanilla save files.
Randomizer mod needs .NET runtime though and not sure how to run it with this. Didn't see anything in the instructions about something like that unless I missed something. Not used to doing these kind of set ups on Linux because honestly I haven't needed to do anything like this yet.
