Snopes says it’s “Mostly true” in that they don’t know the origins of the color photo but the black and white one is authentic: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/frog-eyes-inside-mouth/

They're not even symmetrical, I don't even know whether to send this to my wife to make her laugh, or send it to my wife to freak her out
