We had a wonderful dinner last night for our vacation. I consider myself lucky since I am an adventurous eater. Since we are foodies we opted for an experience where you sit at a bar next to the kitchen and are able to talk to the chiefs and get to try some special stuff. We had grilled oysters with chorizo butter, smoked tuna dip, blue fin krudo, Iberian ham, and my fisherman's stew. This was a special treat because we are fans of the chief and have been to his previous venues. We so excited when we found out he opened a seafood place.

As a previous homeowner, I feel your pain. Sounds like you know what you are doing, and are taking good care of your mom. You should be proud of yourself.
