Oh please tell me its an official version for the advanced combat mod. Take those training wheeles off and lets get all souls-like up in Kher Moren.
Not everything needs to be a soulslike.
And some people like mods and options, or would you prefer we just use the classic retort "git gud".
The mod just made the game more challanging, resources were consumed in crafting rather than refreshing on rests, it set geralt's roll and step it to the camera angle, and made regen of stamina based on a % of current health.
Let people enjoy things and set your games difficulty setting to where you have the most fun, now sit down.
So install the mod and set your difficulty where you like it, while the rest of us don't need to deal with any of that git gud shit.
I have nothing against mods like that existing. I'm very much against having an official DLC that enforces it as the new default, which was the implication of your first post.
If you want a souls-like, play a damn souls-like.
Or people can enjoy their media how they want to. If I want to mod the hell out of my favorite game until it hurts, thats my porogative.

It’s the fediverse. There are a bunch of people who downvote anyone who they disagree with, or complains about downvotes, or hell just asks questions sometimes and then the dogpile starts.
You can always go look at lemvotes.org to see who is downvoting. It’s often the same bitter assholes each time.
