The aim of this community is to invite everyone to discuss around your photography. If you drop everything with one link, this become pointless. Portfolio posts will be deleted. You can however share your portfolio link in the comment section if another member wants to see more of your work.

My vote is to return it.
I have an X mount on my X-T4 and several zooms and primes from Fujifilm, Viltrox, and Tamron.
None of them have any play in the mount after it's clicked in.
If your other lenses have similar problems, maybe it's an issue with the body.
Otherwise if this is the only lens with that issue, and others with that lens don't have similar issues, I would return it.
I second this. I have a few Chinese lenses and they don't have mount issues.
Try getting a replacement first. Maybe you got a bad unit
No other lenses have any play. I have a few primes and the kit zoom, perfectly snug fit.
That’s a shame, I will probably send it back to Amazon and order another one from another seller, fingers crossed it’s just a lemon, not the whole series.
I can’t find any other lenses (vintage lenses with an adapter) that gives me close to 1:1
