Does it count as a native language if you learn it through old latin chorus music in your youth, alongside whatever spoken language?
Depends on if by youth you mean infancy.
It seems unlikely unless that Latin chorus was giving live performances and demonstrating verbs and nouns for you before you could walk.
A secondary language you picked up before full self awareness, sure.
