Technically he was caught with a bag which then broke chain of custody and was subsiquently found to contain those items. Which leaves just being there and being edgey on the internet as evidence that wouldn't be immediately thrown out in any normal trial.
If you say online that you should kill somebody and you do it thats going to be evidence at your trial.
If that's all you've got, though, that's not enough to convict on
