He'd just be replaced by any other similar lunatic, of which there's an endless supply.
He's not the source of the problem.
Sure, but sending a message that this is not acceptable is important.
Your man in charge of United Health was a symptom, but the message got received loud and clear.
Sure your insurance companies didn't react the way the message sender wanted. But they heard.
Repeat the message while the symptoms persist.
